To try something unique, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and complements small pieces of parmesan.
Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
